que se puede hacer con una pala de jardineria??????
aprovechando que estamos en otoño y las semillas caen de los arboles, pues coger las semillas y utilizando la pala de jardineria introducirlas bajo tierra. para que?? para que crezcan arboles de las semillas plantadas. para que???? para recuperar la masa forestal que se esta perdiendo. para que??? para tener un planeta mas sanote. para que??? para dejar un buen legado a las proximas generaciones.
el domingo pasado puse en practica esta actividad y me senti fenomenal.

2.-BUSCAR INFORMACION CON ACTITUD POSITIVA
- saturar de informacion: tu cuerpo tiene que moverse, sal a la calle hay es donde esta la informacion, no tiene poruqe estar escrito, puede estar en la cara del que te sirve el cafe. para eso hay que abrir los ojos al maximo.

4.-PLASMARLA (algo inverosimil-raro- para recordarlo)

When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary porject, all your thoughts break their bounds. Your mind transcends limitations, your conscienciusness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world.
